TTNA offers natural circulation Watertube boilers for gaseous, liquid, solid and specialty fuels, fired individually or in any combination. TTNA Watertube boilers are available for hot water, saturated steam and superheated steam requirements.

Watertube boiler types offered by TTNA:

Design & Construction Features

  • Full membrane waterwall panel design (very minimal refractory and in some cases no refractory use)
  • Computer rating and optimized design to provide highest efficiency and maximum steam generation
  • Carefully matched combustion system and boiler to maximize combustion and steaming performance
  • Conservatively sized furnace for low heat release rates and reduced thermal NOx production
  • Liberally sized boiler provides for large water volume, steam storage space and steam disengaging area to maintain steam output and steam quality during load swings
  • Demister and/or chevron type steam separators to ensure high steam purity
  • Designed and manufactured to highest quality standards and in strict accordance with latest ASME code or other international codes
